Chapter 243 Cancellation of Condemnation, Harry Potter as Guest of the Manor (Ch 243)

By the time Peter and the other two walked out of the office triumphantly, some time had passed.
Peter shook the dragon skin bag in his hand with a smile, and then threw it to the confused Harry: “This is the 100 gold Galleons as compensation from the Ministry of Magic. Take it as pocket money!”
Harry looked at the bag in his hand and quickly shook his head. He wanted to return it to Peter and said, “I can’t take this. Peter, you have helped me a lot!”
“Okay, Harry, you just take it. This little money is nothing to me!” Peter stopped him with a smile.
“Based on my understanding of Umbridge, this money must have come from her own pocket. She now wants to strive for a higher position, so she will not let Harry Potter’s affairs affect her reputation.” The old man Saxon said gloatingly.
“Today’s success is thanks to your help, Mr. Saxon!” Peter said gratefully to the old wizard.

“Dumbledore, why aren’t you going again?” the headmaster’s portrait on the wall asked puzzledly.
“There is no need for me to go. The little guy Peter York has already solved the problem for me. He helped Harry Potter get the Ministry of Magic to drop the charges against him, and also obtained an apology and compensation. I think even if I were to go there, I might not do better than him!” Dumbledore explained with a smile.

Listening to the conversation on the wall, Dumbledore leaned back in his chair, smiling and silent. Then he sighed and said, “It would be great if Harry and Peter’s talents could be swapped! Then I could have a good rest!”
“Humph, Dumbledore, you are dreaming!” Principal Black on the wall sneered, “I have noticed that Harry Potter’s child. Apart from the title of savior, he is no different from other little wizards!”
“Not to mention Peter’s extraordinary talent, just his hard work in studying is unmatched! The place where Peter has spent the most time in recent years is the library, and he often reads until curfew before returning to the dormitory! Can your Harry Potter do this?”

Dumbledore didn’t say anything. He leaned back in his chair with a distant look in his eyes, as if he was thinking about something. Then he said to himself, “Perhaps we can let him communicate with Harry more. He will be a very good helper in the future war!”
Principal Black on the wall heard what Dumbledore said and reminded him with a sneer, “Dumbledore, don’t forget that he is a Slytherin! He is not someone you can manipulate at will. Don’t make things worse!”
“Of course not, Adonis, Peter is a very opinionated child. I just need to make sure he doesn’t go astray! Look, he did a very good job in the restricted area this time. He almost caught Tom!” Dumbledore said with a smile.
“But you gave all the credit for his achievements to Harry Potter! You blatantly awarded them so many points, but you, Peter, were reluctant to give them even a single point!” Principal Black said sarcastically.
“Oh, Harry needs some encouragement!” Dumbledore said with a long sigh.
“Tsk!” Principal Black sneered, then closed his eyes and dozed off.

On Peter’s side, the car he and Harry were riding in finally returned to York Manor. As the manor gate opened, the car slowly drove into the manor.
“Peter, your house is so big!” Harry said in amazement as he leaned against the window and looked at the view of the manor outside.
After getting out of the car, Peter smiled and invited him into the house, saying, “You can take a rest tonight. The Weasleys will arrive tomorrow, and your friend Ron will also come then, so you won’t be bored anymore.”
“Ron and the others are coming tomorrow? That’s great!” Harry said excitedly when he heard the news.
“Peter, you’re back! Oh, is this the junior you were going to pick up? What a cute little boy!” Aunt Christine was sitting in the living room. She greeted Peter happily when she saw him come back, and then she saw Harry and teased him with a smile.
“This is my aunt Christine, you can just call her by her name!” Peter helplessly knocked away his aunt’s claws that were reaching out to Harry, and then introduced her to Harry.
“Hello, I’m Harry Potter, nice to meet you ma’am.” Harry said nervously.
“What a lovely little gentleman, hello Harry, you can call me Christine!” Aunt Christine pushed her nephew aside, stretched out her hand to pinch Harry’s little face, and said with a smile, “Don’t be nervous, just treat this place as your own home!”
Peter looked at his aunt helplessly, then changed the subject and asked, “Where’s your Hollywood star? Why didn’t he show up?”
“I dumped you, you’re just a pretty idiot!” Christine said casually with a pout, looking totally unconcerned.
“You’re awesome!” Peter could only give a thumbs up. This is her dozensth boyfriend?
If she wasn’t his own aunt, Peter would have nicknamed her a scumbag!
“Okay, Harry, follow Wales to your room to wash up first. We will have dinner together later. You must be hungry!” Peter quickly snatched Harry from his aunt and asked him to follow the butler.
At night, after dinner, Harry lay on the big bed in the guest room, looking at the beautiful manor scenery outside the window, feeling like he was dreaming.
Today he first saw a house-elf, then followed Peter to the Ministry of Magic, argued with a toad-like woman in a pink dress, and withdrew his accusations.
Now he was lying on the soft and comfortable bed in York Manor, and he had not yet come to his senses from all this.
Thinking that he would be able to meet the Weasley family tomorrow, Harry gradually fell into a deep sleep with anticipation.
