The 2023 year-end review event is here again.

But thinking about it carefully, besides topping the overall rankings and becoming the undisputed number one on Hedgehog Cat, there’s really nothing else to summarize.

This year has been relatively laid-back; I haven’t actively sought monthly votes, and aside from the usual end-of-month bounties, I’ve mostly gone with the flow.

The reasons for this, besides my deteriorating health, are also because I haven’t been able to achieve further breakthroughs in performance.

When I first started writing this book on Hedgehog Cat, I never thought I would easily hit the ceiling.

But since I have, there’s nothing I can do. If you enjoy the benefits of a small website, you also have to bear its drawbacks.

If I hadn’t come to Hedgehog Cat, I probably wouldn’t have written this book, and I wouldn’t have spent these three or four years with everyone.

Anyway, it’s time for the year-end review again. From December 25th 0:00 to December 31st 24:00, the monthly vote limit is lifted, allowing for unlimited voting, and each vote counts as two. Isn’t that a great deal?
