Thanos, empowered by the Omega Effect, gained the ability of self-sustained flight, while Ego also possessed the ability to manipulate matter molecules.

Invisible energy erupted from his right palm, forming a massive shield. The rock torrent crashed against it but was easily blocked. Ego let out a helpless roar, but Thanos’s powerful energy shockwave pushed back, forcefully repelling the rocks.

“Why are we fighting, Thanos? We have no conflict,” Ego’s voice echoed within the atmosphere. “I can give you anything you want. Our goals are not contradictory!”

“No…” Thanos extended his left hand, and an even more violent, more powerful force erupted from his body.

“You want to destroy this universe, and I only want to save it,” Thanos slowly said, then spread his palms as if grasping something, and then violently flipped!

The planet’s surface was suddenly struck by a powerful energy impact. This force was so immense, so incredible, that the ground seemed to be torn open by an invisible pair of hands from thin air. No matter how Ego utilized his abilities, he could not stop this terrifying force.

The strata continuously shattered, and layers of cracks appeared out of nowhere, gradually deepening towards the core. Thanos stood high in the sky, controlling this incredibly powerful force, shattering all the rocks that encased Ego’s true body.

“Got you!” Thanos murmured. Then, his towering body suddenly descended from high altitude, flying into the newly opened passage. His speed instantly surpassed the speed of sound, and it continued to increase.

Finally, Thanos reached the core.

Countless rocks extended in all directions like tentacles, and the initial point where all these tentacles connected was Ego.

That was a gigantic stone sphere, Ego’s true body, his brain. Ego wrapped his brain with the hardest matter he could find and create. Then, within the stone sphere, he created numerous miniature channels, like the nervous tissue of an ordinary organism, to control his overly massive body.

A long, long time ago, Ego was just a brain floating in the universe. He practiced for countless years before gradually gaining the ability to control matter. Finally, he armored his brain, added an outer shell, and created a body and an avatar.

But those were just useless energy. No matter how Thanos attacked this planet, no matter how many times his avatar died, it was meaningless, because the true Ego was always the floating brain within that stone sphere.

Then, they entangled Thanos.

Countless white light ropes tightly bound Thanos, pulling at his knees, forcing him to his knees on the ground.

His fingers, his legs, his shoulders, neck, arms, including his eyes, every part was tightly bound by the light ropes.

On the planet’s surface, Ego’s control over matter was not truly powerful. The planet’s surface was actually just a disguised armor, not a weapon.

But deep within the planet’s core, although it was very close to Ego’s brain, making it his most vulnerable spot, it was also where his energy was most active, his most powerful place.

Ego’s stone giant avatar slowly walked in front of Thanos, who was kneeling on the ground. He pressed his left hand on Thanos’s bald head, and his right arm, like a pile driver, continuously pounded Thanos’s face.
