Evening, 117A Bleecker Street, Manhattan, New York City. Lin Dong opened the door and stepped out.

This was the entrance to the New York Sanctum. Lin Dong had come here for a friendly exchange and study session with Kamar-Taj.

“Hmm, I guarantee you’ll be free-falling for a very… very… very long time.” Lin Dong put away the Sling Ring on his finger and muttered to himself.

In a deserted part of the desert, Lin Dong checked the time, then put on the Sling Ring and drew a circle in the air. From the golden circle of light, a man fell out, face down, hitting the ground with a thud and raising clouds of dust.

“I’ve been free-falling for… thirty minutes!” the man shouted loudly, then climbed to his feet, glaring at Lin Dong with an angry expression. He conjured two short blades from his palms. “Do you think you’re some kind of sorcerer? Don’t even think about it…”

After he finished speaking, Lin Dong waved the ring in his hand. The sand on the ground suddenly surged up, transforming into ropes that tightly bound his body. His mouth was also sealed with sand, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground.

“Loki! Hello there!” Lin Dong nodded at Loki, ignoring his constant struggles. “I’m here to make a deal with you!”

Lin Dong finished speaking, walked forward, and unleashed the spell he had prepared for a long time, tapping a finger on Loki’s forehead.

“Open… your eyes!”

Countless images surged forth.

“Father is dead…” Loki said to the dirty Thor beside him.
