Chapter 245 Visiting Nick Flamel, Happy Chat (Ch 245)

In Exeter, Devon, Peter followed Dumbledore into the streets in the center of town.
Looking at the bustling crowd around him, Peter asked in surprise: “Principal Dumbledore, does Nick Flamel live in the Muggle community?”
“Nick likes the hustle and bustle, and he thinks it’s easier to hide in crowded places without being disturbed!” Dumbledore said with a smile.
Dumbledore then led Peter into a street lined with roses, and then stopped between two adjacent apartments.
In Peter’s puzzled eyes, Dumbledore smiled and said, “Apartment 13, Rose Street. Remember this address, Peter.”
Just as he finished speaking, in front of Peter, between the two apartments, an apartment building suddenly squeezed out from the middle, separating the two originally adjacent houses!
“Has the Fidelius Charm been cast upon this house?” said Peter in surprise.
“Why am I not surprised at all! Peter, you have learned a lot of magical knowledge!” Dumbledore praised with a smile.
Then he knocked on the door.
After a while, the door opened from the inside, and a house-elf dressed in exquisite clothes appeared.

“Mr. Dumbledore, you are too kind. Nino hasn’t done enough!” The house-elf said modestly as he led the two people in. His behavior was very polite. If it weren’t for his obvious house-elf appearance, everyone would think he was a qualified butler.

The two followed the elf into the living room of the house, where they saw a very old and frail man sitting on a chair.

Peter looked at the old man in front of him, who was probably in his eighties or nineties, and it was hard to imagine that he was already over six hundred years old.
He stepped forward politely and greeted, “It’s an honor to meet you, Mr. Flamel!”
“Just call me Nick, kid. I’ve been looking forward to your arrival ever since Albus returned the Philosopher’s Stone to me!” Nick Flamel said kindly.
“Albus, does the black tea still come with five sugar cubes?” An elegant old lady walked out of the kitchen, followed by four cups of hot black tea.
“No, Perenelle, I have other things to do. I’ll leave Peter with you for now,” Dumbledore said, shaking his head.
“Well, I thought you could drink my tea.” Perenal said a little disappointedly.
After Dumbledore hastily put Peter down, he left.
“Try the black tea I made. It’s my best skill!” Perenelle looked at Peter and said with a smile, “You are the magical child who can turn Nick’s unfinished magic stone into reality!”
“This is the best black tea I have ever tasted!” Peter praised sincerely after taking a sip of the tea, then shook his head and said, “Actually, I don’t know the reason. After the Philosopher’s Stone absorbed my magic power, Dumbledore said that the Philosopher’s Stone became real! This surprised me too!”
“I may have some guesses, Peter, which is why I asked Albus to bring you here.” Nicolael said slowly, then changed his tone and said with a smile, “But now let us first taste the black tea that Perenal carefully prepared!”
